One Last Idea

When milling a wax model, various cutting tools can pack pesky bits of wax, or swarf, into the model, creating an uneven surface that can be a pain to remove on the casting. You can reduce the amount of swarf by decreasing spindle speed, but for patterns with deep, narrow details, some swarf may be unavoidable.
